We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! A confirmation email is sent to the address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available — please email us at VelquillPress@outlook.com for details.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after your order is processed. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love every book you receive. If you're not satisfied, please review our Refund Policy or email us at VelquillPress@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

What if my book arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at VelquillPress@outlook.com with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll make it right.

Currently, Velquill Press titles are available in print. We're exploring digital editions — stay tuned for updates!
